I have bought over 300 of these switches, yes 300. I make PTT repeaters for use with military headsets and civilian radios. These things work great. They do need modification to connect to NATO, but it's very simple, you just need to swap two wires (red and yellow).

The price isn't perfect, but you saved all that money by buying an MSA Sordins with a 6-pin LEMO connector off eBay; Now you can spend some of that here because there isn't a PTT on the planet that uses the 6-pin LEMO connector. It's a sturdy little device, but for the money it should be better.

I have yet to set up the radio for my Sordins but this adapter seems legit. Full aluminum body with locking ring on the LEMO side. It fits but I'll edit later once I hear the sound quality with a good Disco32 PTT and Baofeng mech radio. Unfortunately, this adapter doesn't seem to be cheaper anywhere.
