I ordered this beautiful trench coat in size XL because I'm a size 14 and I needed extra space for heavy sweaters. It turned out that I did not need it, because the size of the coat is very large. Medium is a bit big but I assume you can wear multiple layers underneath. The overall quality was surprisingly good, although one button in the pocket was poorly sewn on and ended up falling off. I like almost everything about this jacket except the belt and the armbands. There are many of them. The belt is ridiculously long to have a buckle. It's ok if you want to tie it, so why not just take the buckle off. The same goes for the wrists. There are straps on the wrist - can they be tightened? Not sure but the straps are very long and there is no loop to hold them at the longest point so they just hang around. Not a very good seamstress, but I might cut them short and sew the ends. I…

This is a great coat, I'm 1.60m, 75kg and it fits me a bit, a bit tight in the shoulders but that happens to me a lot. The fabric is medium weight and flows well, doesn't feel stiff and doesn't make that rustling noise that many raincoats make that bothers me. I'm a size 14 and size L fits perfectly with a little extra space for the sweater below if needed. The only problem was the sleeves. They are extremely long. I'm 5'4" and had to shorten the sleeves by almost 3 inches. And the stupid straps to pull them on are just annoying so I took them off. I love this coat! As other reviewers have said, all buttons arrived buttoned up and the coat was not wrinkled at all. The blue color is more of a royal blue, not dark blue but very pretty. The bottom flares out a bit and touches my 5ft 6in body about 2-3 inches above my knee. This manufacturer also makes a longer version of this coat that would be better for the Chicago rain, but they didn't offer that great color. The hood fits well.
