Terrible performance; avoid purchasing

As a result of using this hole saw, I found that it struggled to cut through aluminium and often left rough edges. The mandrel also became loose during use, which made the tool difficult to control.

Pros
  • None.
Cons
  • Poor performance, difficult to control.

Dull hole saw, cheap construction. Do not buy.

Good quality pilot drill but that's the only good thing about it. Hole saw teeth are dull and overpainted, preventing them from cutting metal effectively. The shaft is cheaply made and will not center perfectly with the hole saw, so if it "wobbles" your holes will end up larger. Spend your money on a quality hole saw. Do not buy.

Pros
  • Power tool parts and accessories
Cons
  • Damaged

Serious and Dangerous Quality Issues

One of these photos shows two stress cracks running through the full thickness of the saw. Another photo shows an unfinished weld. The third photo shows that the pilot drill is not aligned with the saw. It's hard for me to imagine that someone at the factory could have laid hands on this instrument and decided it was possible to sell it. I'm done. But I expect this saw to break on any metal or even hard wood. And there's no way you can get a quality hole in anything with mandrel misalignment…

Pros
  • Hole Saws
Cons
  • Available in Black Only
