This is a luxury product. For a toaster he has everything you need! We love it and have almost completely given up on the full-size real oven.

I have used this toaster many times. I like it a lot more than using the microwave. Looks good on the counter. Very easy to use. I left it on for about 10 minutes without burning anything in it before using it for the first time.

I bought this countertop oven as a gift for my 70 year old mother as she needed something that heats up quickly. She loves how easy it is to clean and maintain, how quickly it heats up and how easy it is to use. Nobs are perfectly placed and everything speaks for itself. Will be buying more from here soon! LOVE IT!

Worked great - the best toast I've ever had at home and is great for pizza, reheating chicken, dishes, frozen pizza and more. It worked fine for six months and yesterday when it was turned on it smelled like burnt plastic. I want a refund or a replacement, but now I'm worried that all the models in this line will have this defect.

The first Bialetti toaster we bought lasted about ten months before it started giving off an acrid stench of burnt plastic. We used it almost every day and generally liked its performance, so I took a chance and ordered another copy of the same kind. The replacement only worked properly for about two months when it suddenly died. You save your money and take risks :-(

The controller stopped working and I received an extended warranty. I can't find how to use the warranty and return? There are no options for him and he says the time frame is closed.
