Why a guarantee? At least tell us how to use it!
The controller stopped working and I received an extended warranty. I can't find how to use the warranty and return? There are no options for him and he says the time frame is closed. It should be good for about a year so I took my time. Now I'm stuck with a broken oven and a warranty I paid for that I can't use? I liked it when it worked but the controls just kept flashing and it wouldn't heat up or work?
