I bought it for my nephew's birthday. It comes with instructions to get you started. Longevity The only problem I have is the battery life. It seems that 2 hours of charging gives about 20 minutes of playtime. But it works and he likes it, hence the 4 stars. A better battery would give a 5.

Bought to entertain kids for Christmas. Boy did he do his job! At first we thought it was crazy for not listening to the controller, but then we realized it just wasn't fully charged. Responds well. The battery lasts about 10-15 minutes. Love that it's rechargeable!

My child liked it even though he had his own opinion. Until it flew into a small canyon where it couldn't be found. We tried making noises with the controller, but the battery life was so terrible that it became unresponsive. This should be marked "Indoor use only or it will fly away and may not be recoverable".

This is a great device. I bought it as a simulator hoping to get a video drone one day. Lots of controls - almost too many. The battery lasts for a few minutes and lasts until you think it's time to put it aside and charge it up. This gives you a fitting warning that it's time to charge. The instruction manual is printed very small, but very detailed.

The battery life on this drone was terrible. My son flew it for a few minutes and he will not ride again. So we charged it for a while. It will work, but only for a few minutes! This should be a drone for beginners. My 4 year old had so many problems with it. Although he loved it. But we couldn't get him to do what he promises. I give it five stars because my kids love it. Three stars for ease of learning because I couldn't figure out the controls to save my life, but they seem to work well enough - I can't tell you if it goes where you want it, but then again, like it them. Battery life is very short but my kids love the ease of use. It easily withstands knocks against walls and ceilings. You can also move it with your hands. Automatic flips hit the people I show.
