My wife and I love this new addition to our bathroom! Installing the device was easy enough and the product does exactly what we need. Having been to parts of the world where people use their left hand and here where people use napkins I can tell you that this product is far superior to all others. We will never go back to primitive methods. That is the only benefit of the pandemic.

I have had the product for 3 months but have only just gotten around to installing it. Installation was easy, but as soon as I turned on the water pressure it started spraying out of the control panel. Upon closer inspection, I found a hole right in the middle of the bottom of the control panel. Why? A little research later I found several reviews complaining about the same thing, a hole spewing out a constant stream of water. That must be a production error, right? This company can't be dumb…

Like most of the other reviews, these bidets also have a major flaw. Below is a hole through which the water can run straight out. My family and I have used bidets for many years, but we have used a different brand in the past. We moved and left them there. My wife ordered 2 of these without reading the reviews! After I installed one, there is a big problem. As you can see in the video, there is a hole at the bottom of the device. I checked another block we bought and there is a hole there too.

Well this is without a doubt the weirdest drinking fountain I have ever used. However, it is efficient and effective. Overall I am happy with this product and would recommend it to anyone. I've used other people's bidets in the past and found that no matter how gently you adjust the setting, it seems to work at full capacity. This one is really soft and you can adjust the pressure very gently and easily. I also like how elegant and unique it looks. The only problem I have is the female spray. I'm not sure if it's my shape, sitting position or the spray itself, but the spray is a long way off. It either hits me
