good tool to take with you

centering sensor ideal for visually aligning a track, especially when using an edge sensor. I've used this to make extra long slots, drill a 1/4" hole and use it to position the piece and install the fence. I've had it at least a dozen in the three weeks I've owned it Used once The finishes are great you can't go wrong

Pros
  • tools and household goods
Cons
  • small parts

Simple, accurate and works great.

This thing is great for quick alignment for drilling, probing, center finding and so on. I used it again yesterday when I had to re-drill the timing chain cover and tap larger threads. For more accuracy I use an edge/center finder on a cross slide table. But for quick, normal everyday stuff this can't be beat (clamps and drill).

Pros
  • Welding Equipment and Accessories
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for the Elderly

The machining is very good - clean and precise

Well made sensor. The handling is very good - clean and precise. It's amazing that no other company makes something like this. It is imperative to be able to center the cutter relative to the workpiece on the router table. I need to center a 1" circular cutter and I'm going insane trying to find the most efficient and accurate way without wasting time trial and error on a piece of scrap metal to get the stop right.

Pros
  • Welding and soldering
Cons
  • Outdated
