Disappointing performance, not worth it

Based on my observations, this Industrial and Scientific drill bit fails to deliver on its promise of long-lasting durability. While the initial sharpness is impressive, the carbide tip dulls quickly, resulting in a frustratingly slow drilling process. The one redeeming quality is the price point, but ultimately, the inconsistent performance is not worth the investment.

Pros
  • Affordable price
Cons
  • Poor durability, carbide tip dulls quickly

Worked as expected.

Works great. I had to make precise holes and it worked fine. I don't know how he will keep his lead over time but he's happy with his result.

Pros
  • Tools and Housewares
Cons
  • Wrinkled

cuts like a fierce new bat!

Used as a replacement for a 30 year old Wieser door tool. it fits perfectly because the old bit was HSS. And rather blunt, this carbide drill should last a long time.

Pros
  • Drill bit
Cons
  • Cord is shorter than other picks
