But remember that when using this hair dye you must be sure that you really want to keep your dark hair forever because you cannot change your hair color unless you stop dying your hair and grow virgin hair back. I dye my roots black and only use this hair color! It's so rich I only have to use 1/4 bottle at a time and you just mix it with water! So it doesn't smell like harsh chemicals. The color lasts longer than any boxed color I've ever used and doesn't seem to damage my hair like others do. I highly recommend trying this.

Excellent product. It's that simple and I don't think I'll ever go back to cardstock color. I have dark brown hair so this color suits me. Some people say it has the toner you use for copies, but I haven't had a bad experience. The skin will change color, but this is temporary. It comes with gloves. The powder is easy to dose and the included cup measures the water. No smell at all. You really can't go wrong with this. I leave it for half an hour.

I've been using this particular brand for years when it was in glass bottles AND made in Japan. The new formula is just terrible. Much darker than it should be. Brand new in plastic bottles made in Indonesia and HALF FILLED.

I thought it was good quality but it doesn't look like the original Japanese brand. After opening the package I try to use it. This is a type of custom product that they sell to make easy money. I wouldn't buy it again and it's not worth it. After all, this is a hair product and people expect it to be top quality, not cheap quality. Stay away and look for anything like the original Japanese production and they're still good.

I have been using Bigen for many years. I have known for over 20 years. That's easy. Just add water and use as much as you need. You don't have to use everything. Sometimes I just want to cover the gray at the hairline so I just blend a little and apply with a small brush. I use the small brush that came with the different hair color. Ideal for touching up.

Great product! BUT I HATE THE NEW PLASTIC BOTTLES. I mainly use this for weekly quick touch-ups and usually use 1/4 bottle at a time. With newer plastic bottles, you can't see how much you've poured, and it's hard to estimate how much 1/4 of a bottle is. The old brown (like beer bottles) glass bottles were transparent and it was easy to see how much you poured and how much was left. Not with new ones. product = excellent. bottle = sucks.

All you need to add is water. Excellent gray hair coverage. But be careful, if the application time is too long, the skin will discolour! Flowers in about 4 days! I don't suggest using this for extensions unless you want them to stay dark forever. Color does not fade over time, only new growth changes color!
