Very disappointed. in fuel tank caps

I had trouble removing the cap as the plastic tabs swelled from sucking up fuel. This time I bought a different set instead of black from stock for my tank and got the same result.

Looks good but has one big problem

The aluminum parts are fine, but the plastic part in the tank will quickly swell and it will be almost impossible to remove the cap. I had to destroy my hat to take it off. Bad thing. Plastic is not resistant to fuel vapors. This WILL happen every time.
