No instructions and poor design. They are difficult to use and require cutting plastic, but are very difficult to figure out without instructions.

The first time we lost a latch and I couldn't open the door, I had to climb out the window. So we riveted it and now it works great, they are great quality and way better than what might be on the door.

You get what it says on the tin but as soon as you open the box you realize that it uses springs that are not included. Now I need to buy a set of springs for repair. Also, where the hand attaches to the handle, be sure to place your small washer to allow free movement. Use Loc-Tite to ensure you don't over tighten them to prevent free movement.

I found the manual thanks to another review - it's not in the box. Seems like a good idea gone wrong. Springs are listed in the instructions but are NOT included. From the outside, the door opens normally, but from the inside there aren't that many levers - you have to push your thumb up, and that takes a fair amount of effort. I don't recommend at all. Belts really work better.

I only give 4 stars because of the lack of instructions, but with a little patience and common sense you can get by with it. Make sure you use red Loctite on the screws and as you can see in the middle picture this is all the plastic you need to cut. I did this with metal snips and reversed the stock spring for a better fit. They feel pretty sturdy and fit great. The first grip lasted about 45 minutes, the second - 20 minutes.
