Update, they were quick to respond to my concerns and want to help resolve my issue. I really appreciate that in the company. When we unfolded it to put it on the table, we found a few stains on the fabric. It wasn't expensive pool felt so we figured it wouldn't last long anyway and put it on the table. It already has a few small holes and we've only had it a few days and we've probably played a dozen games. We will definitely be of higher quality next time.

Felt came as advertised. It's thick and soft and would be a great addition to my gaming desk. We used poker table foam underneath to give it more bounce and it's great. Also, I'm a DIY enthusiast and have tested the felt under a laser engraver and it holds up well to laser cutting. It holds together very well, it didn't start tearing until we hit it with so many staples the holes were big.
