Description of BillRun

BillRun is a Billing System for Telecom service providers as well other types of businesses. BillRun provides an efficient solution for companies that need to receive, aggregate, rate, charge and monitor customer usage throughout telecom communication paths such as telecom, SMS, MMS and data. The main billing capabilities include customer event real time charging, prepaid, postpaid and direct billing payment.

Easy and simple for small businesses

I like how easy it was set up with our system. No problems so far! We are still in testing mode but everything seems fine at this point. So many options available once you get into training mode which makes setup very quick without having someone there teaching us step by step what we can do. Nothing yet really!! Just have not had any issues thus far. This could be because my team members know their stuff already or maybe they just got stuck learning all these new features instead? Not sure…

Pros
  • Also love being an administrator user versus needing IT help each time something is updated / fixed no more passwords!!! :) Great job guys..keep'em coming..a breath o fresh air compared previous cumbersome methods used elsewhere...even when other solutions offered comparable services as

User friendly solution allowing users flexibility

I love being able to bill my clients in-house to use out services without paying extra fees or waiting hours with external carriers. It allows me to save money and give them accurate invoices before they see any cash flow issues within their account! No issues yet but it's a good feature to have if you're already using Billrun. There are no built features currently which would be nice like creating custom reports for specific purposes when needed. If it were priced better, we'd probably look at

Pros
  • The best thing i've found here was how easy its become now since starting up again under new ownership last year.
  • Having all bills run automatically makes things much simpler than trying get every client together individually each month/quarter; there should always just one person who does those monthly calls instead.it sucks having multiple staff members calling everyone

Easy setup plus good customer service helped improve efficiency

I like how easy it was set up with our existing system! It's so much easier than having two different systems in place now (old one integrated into new). There are some things we would prefer if they were improved upon - more fields could be added or updated without needing additional software updates from us- but all around this has been great experience working through billrun integration support team.- Great product overall; very helpful when integrating old legacy code & database…

  • Easy way for people outside IT Dept, who don't know SQL coding etc., just need simple access via web browser interface.Easy implementation..Ease getting setup..etc...and other good reasons about why is useful as well

  • Everything works out really fine here
