BILLY Footwear Classic Lace High II: The Perfect Shoe for Little and Big Kids Review

My son wears Tuned orthotics. This means his orthotics have a 2 inch wedge under the heel and 2 sets of polyethylene wrapped around his foot. This means that they fit into shoes MUCH differently than normal orthotics and are also much thicker. I spent months finding shoes that almost failed because of his orthopedic insoles. And the regular brands of regular orthotics didn't work at all. Well these arrived today and they fit! I'm super excited! Tomorrow is the first day I'll wear them to school

Suitable for AFO. It's great that we no longer have to wear my son's shoes over his AFO day in and day out. My only complaint is that they wear out VERY quickly. Bought them at the end of August. Had to replace them in December because the zips were worn out. But my son loves them, they are really comfortable and compared to other shoes we bought the price is not that bad. Edited after contacting Billy Shoes (I went to their website and emailed with a low quality link) I have to say that this company stands behind their product. Which is a rarity these days! I once emailed the Setchers about a pair of shoes that fell apart in less than a month and I hadn't heard from them. So the fact that this company replied to my email was amazing!
