Essential braid. Not weak

I've bought other adapters for my small HT radios and they often snap and fail in the connector and start shorting out. These seem to last longer.

Pros
  • Very impressive
Cons
  • Big and bulky

Sturdy cable just what I need for Baofeng BF-F8HP

I use the cable for Baofeng BF-F8HP to connect the radio with VHF/UHF Yagi for ARES Net and field exercises. This cable is durable and suitable for home and outdoor use.

Pros
  • GOLS certified
Cons
  • Some small things

redirect cable! to antennas

This cable serves as a "redirect cable" for my license plate. I run this wire from my radio, which is on the front right side of my body armor, through my mall and weave the antenna into the mall on the back of my body armor. This cable helps get the antenna out of my face and out of the way.

Pros
  • super price
Cons

High quality cable, just right for Baofeng BF-F8HP

I use the cable for Baofeng BF-F8HP to launch the walkie-talkie in VHF / UHF Yagi for ARES network and the practice field. This cable is durable and suitable for home and outdoor use.

Pros
  • A lot of positive emotions
Cons
  • A little variety

It's the ultimate audio and video accessory

What could be better! It is exactly as described and works great. I used it to connect an SWR meter and a J-shape antenna. You know that feeling of complete satisfaction when what you bought works the way you expected it to. I feel it.

Pros
  • Top marks for support and durability from testers
Cons
  • Vulgarity

A dishonest product if you're trying to move your antenna

For many of us non-radio experts who own an entry-level Baofeng UV-5RS ham radio, this product may not necessarily be compatible. The larger end of the jack does not match the connector at the top of the radio. So you need a second product (adapter) to mount an antenna that would otherwise be screwed into the top of the uv-5r. So if you decide to buy this, be sure to buy an adapter or make sure your antennas will fit this cable. There may be another device this cable is for that I'm not aware…

Pros
  • Best in its niche
Cons
  • Nothing

So far so good. The cable is heavier than expected.

FIRST NOTE: I see some bad reviews, the buyer didn't understand what this cable is for. It's unfortunate for them, and if they're not experienced radio users, I understand that. I'm a long-time radio amateur and knew what this category of cable was used for. The idea is that you have an external antenna - probably a mobile antenna with a magnetic mount - on the roof of the car. This cable has a "PL-259" or "UHF" connector (same, two names). But your radio had a tiny SMA connector. There are…
