I bought this to replace a broken antenna on my 2002 Ford Focus. It fits perfectly. Although the product comes with different thread adapters for different thread sizes, this is not required. The new antenna is screwed directly into the factory base. Fits very well!

Works for what I wanted which was to replace the large steel antenna on my GL1800. It works, but you need to make an adapter with a 6-8 meter thread. It wasn't too difficult for me, but it might not be for everyone. Quite satisfied for the price. Fast delivery. Looks good.

I found it difficult to install it on the car. It comes with three different sized posts. It is up to you to decide what is suitable for your car. All six ends are different sizes and can even be swapped end to end. A bit confusing is the lack of instructions to let you know about this.

Comes with 3 different sized studs. They're too small to even begin to fit in the van. Luckily I still had the old hairpin part of the antenna. If I didn't, this antenna replacement wouldn't work at all. I haven't listened to the radio, so I can't judge the reception. I rarely listen to the radio so this replacement/repair is primarily aesthetic in nature. You can see well there.
