Take it. USB cables are good for USB cables

I really like this adapter, I use it together with a PD USB-C cable and power adapter and it eliminates the need for extra cables. I use it for almost everything now and I love it!

Doesn't work well for computer accessories and peripherals

Chargers never worked. I've ordered two to keep in my work bag and office and neither will charge the device. We've tried them with other cables and devices with no success.

Neat guy, nice and discreet. It would be really cool if it worked, but it doesn't. It lights up like it's doing something, but it doesn't do anything. I've tried plugging it directly into the wall, into the battery, through an adapter, etc., but nothing worked. Nothing will charge that wretched laptop.

This works, but on computers and accessories

Adapter works as advertised. It charges my Surface Pro when I use a USB-C charger. However, it always seems to be on, so when I plug it into a surface it arcs on the pins. I've tried other adapters and haven't had this problem, so I think it's this adapter. It just doesn't seem safe.

Blocks USB-C port on Surface Go

This may be different on larger Surface devices, but this adapter is blocking the USB-C port on my Surface Go 2, defeating the purpose of this adapter ( because you can just plug it into a USB-C charger directly into the Surface - I bought this device to free up a USB-C port). When I flip the way the adapter plugs into the socket on my Surface, the USB-C port is unlocked, but it's large enough when the USB-C cable is plugged into this adapter that I need to lay my surface flat. It's a good device, but it doesn't fit my Surface Go with the protective mount attached.

No personal photo required, Revain picture is sufficient. I really wanted this to work and it worked on my Surface Go computer, but I had to remove the protective Kensington bracket to connect effectively. If I'm spending over $50 on a protective mount, there's no point in removing the computer and screen mount so I can use the charger. I have other chargers that are bulkier but they work and the Surface is way more expensive than the charging port. I just used this to see if it would work and…
