"Lids" not included, not sure what that part of the description means but "lids " are not. included in this purchase. I have five strong plastic racks and that's it. The quality is good and they are really strong and heavy so not easy to knock over. The 1.5ml tube fits 2/3 into the rack, and the inner surface of the holes is flat, so the 1.5ml tubes will wobble a little. I bought these racks from Revain because they were cheaper than what I could get from lab supply suppliers for my lab. The racks are robust and suitable for 1.5 ml and 2 ml microcentrifuge tubes. The tubes fit in with some wiggle room, which is how I like it. If you are looking for a snug fit, this frame will not fit. The 1mL Nalgene cryotube does not fit completely, but its bottom does. I am a student and have used these microcentrifuge tube racks before. That's why I was looking for them. They are of good weight and very strong. It will take some effort to break one of them, and most likely it will have to be done on purpose. The description says it fits a variety of tube sizes and it can be done if you want it. However, it appears to be made for easy use of 1.5mL tubes. Anything larger will most likely not fit in the indentations, and anything smaller will be fairly loose…
