The smell is so strong it hurts both our eyes and our lungs. It's definitely not odorless. The person who applied it was an experienced man and said it was the worst smelling sealant he had ever used. It's terrible and now the whole bathroom stinks.

I have been using Gorilla or GE silicone for over 7 years. One of my colleagues recommended that I try Bioseal. The clear was really good and it has no smell. And the white color also has good quality and color. I will buy it again and highly recommend it to you guys too!

This product is much more difficult to work with than any other sealant I have seen. It begins to harden as soon as it comes out of the caulking gun and cannot be washed off with soap and water. I had to use turpentine to clean grout tools. Plus, it definitely has a scent. Not strong, but chemical. I really hope this actually prevents mold otherwise it wouldn't be worth the effort.
