Biotin Strengthening Vitamin Peptide Hyaluronic Review

I loved the vitamin E peptide hyaluronic acid formula for healthy eyelashes. I just have a hard time applying with a brush/wand that feels more like an eyeliner than a mascara wand. This is to cover each lash, which is difficult when applying with an eyeliner brush. I'm sorry.
