This pink border makes beautiful borders for cards, stationery, and more!

After I wrote my first review I was contacted by Bira Craft and they sent me a 'new' replacement rose punch and this new one works 'perfectly'! I like the pattern and it hits a lot easier. Customer service was excellent and follow up exceptional! Customer service is as important to me as the quality of the product and Bira Craft went above and beyond with their customer service! Thank you!

Difficult to unlock, instructions in Spanish.

I couldn't unlock the first one even though I tried to use medallions. You couldn't open it either. So they asked for a new one. When he came here, the same problem. Finally I unlocked it with scissors to open it and when I did I used all my strength and got the first one to unlock it. I now have a set for the border and one for making the daisy stripe. It's just that my thumbs aren't strong enough to move the shifter. I also said all the instructions were in Spanish, when I asked for a…

The trauma is waiting for its hour!

This cutter doesn't just cut straight, it's almost dangerous! I almost hurt myself twice because I had to press really hard and my hands slipped off the press grip and it jumped out with such force that it injured my wrist. Then he injured his finger a second time. Not to mention that with all the force applied, you're still not getting a smooth cut. Lots of torn edges and in many cases it doesn't even break through.
