🧴 Birchwood Casey Rig +P Stainless Steel Lubricant, 1.5 oz Tube Review

This was recommended by a friend and this material is great for stainless steel shotguns and steel shotguns, it really balances out the roughness

Used to service O/U shotguns. I think I like some of the other products more, but I really like how this crosses the line between lube and oil. Even if I don't intend to buy the product from myself, I will always keep it with me.

That's exactly what you need to lubricate the cylinder of a stainless steel revolver. I've also used it to lubricate stainless steel shutters. The tube is small but should last a long time because little lasts long. Use sparingly so it doesn't pick up dirt or "stick together".

I've been using rig+P for 20 years, it's always been a great lube, but since it's been discontinued and Birchwood Casey makes this stuff it's now reddish as butter. When I want something out of the pipe I just flip it and let some poor people out,,! it's the consistency of waiting oil 20. It flows everywhere! Very sad that my +p setting is no longer available

Easy to use, remember it helps a little. This lubricant reduces/eliminates stainless steel galling (scratching of contact surfaces that can damage your products) and friction. Works well for any firearm but works really well with stainless steel captive bolt guns, pistols and revolvers. Can be used on stainless steel bolts/nuts to prevent them from sticking.

Birchwood Casey Rig +P Stainless Steel Grease is a high quality product. I use it on my Walther PPK/S S&W stainless steel semi-automatic pistol. This weapon has very narrow gaps. Stay where you put it. Use on the breech and outside the gun. Doesn't smell (reminds me of Crayola crayons). I adjusted the viscosity to NLGI 1 HIGHLY RECOMMEND
