I like most that it is very user friendly, easy to navigate through all of their services as well as being able to create custom reports with ease! The only thing i dislike about them was they do not have any reporting tools in house so had no choice but use 3rd party vendors which can get expensive if you are trying to run your business without spending too much money upfront (which we were). We currently work closely together with our CRO team here at EY who handle some digital transformation

I like that it is easy to use, has all of our contacts in there already so we didn't have much set up when using them! It's also very user friendly with everything being organized well by categories which makes finding what you need super quick!! Nothing really at this point but any issues would be addressed immediately because they are such great people who care about their customers' experience. The best part though? The team is very responsive, highly skilled in all facets of digital media planning/buying & implementation services including social advertising across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram). They are also experts at SEO / SEM campaigns as well! I have worked with them since 2013 so they've been around long enough to know what works best but not too old that their skillset has become dated or obsolete - which can be an issue when you're working wth younger companies who want shiny new toys…

I like that we can target our customers with ease, as well as track all of their interactions through easy to use dashboards! There are times when it is difficult navigating between different platforms/tools in order to keep up with everything needed; however this could be improved upon by adding more features or integrating into an existing platform (such as Salesforce).
