We bought size 7 for my little man. The legs were very large and the whole suit looked more like a size 8 than a size 7. If your husband is a Husky, this might suit him better.

After reading the reviews I ordered my boy a size smaller (4) than usual (5). It was all too big, but at the same time too small. The pant was shorter than a typical 3T pant but wider than a size 6 pant without a waist adjuster and had a drape. The jacket was square and the sleeves were too long. Also, it was clearly a return that wasn't tested before shipping. Although the tags were still on the jacket, the collar of the shirt and the hem of the pants were dirty.

The suit was soft and great material for the money. It was light and breathable and my son loved it. Pants are too big, had to be hemmed. Apart from this excellent purchase, I would highly recommend the company.
