It works. Calm. The bucket is small and painful to empty.

Small, quiet and works as described. When the humidity is high, it needs grooming every few hours as the bucket fills up and the unit shuts down. It hurts to bend down to pull it out and empty it. There is no pen. It takes a little fiddling to get it back. Bad design on this one.

Excellent, best so far in heating, cooling and air quality

I've been using it for about a week and so far it's drawn a lot of water out of my basement. The tank is quite small so I would only recommend using it with a hose if possible. The one in the box is very short so I took it to the hardware store and got 12ft. It's much better than the old one I used.

Does the job! Very happy with this device.

We had so much rain this summer and it was so humid in our house. We bought this and have been running it continuously for several weeks; A hose ran down the floor of the laundry room to the drain so we didn't have to empty the water. I was nervous about the first utility bill, but it wasn't bad at all. This machine is quiet and works well! Very happy with this purchase.

BDT30WTB unit digital display of the hygrostat stopped working after 6 months

unit BDT30WTB, digital display of the hygrostat stopped working after 6 months and the fan runs even when the humidity level is reached. Works more like a heater. NO customer support. They kept walking around saying call this number and this number kept repeating that we don't take over. Wouldn't recommend anyone to buy.

Ideal for dehumidifiers

It was so humid in our basement that we needed a dehumidifier at a certain height. This dehumidifier was the right size and we liked and trusted the brand so we decided to give it a try. This is exactly what we were looking for and it works so well for removing moisture from the basement. We are glad we chose this one and will buy it again. We set it up to drain straight into our laundry tub so we don't have to empty it. We are very satisfied.

great product on dehumidifier

great product. Good price. We use points of sale on an area of 2000 m². ft. I live in Texas and it's been a rainy, wet year. I also bought a Holmes Hepa air purifier. This product works great and is worth the money. Before I had this dehumidifier, the humidity in the house reached 60 percent. that's too hello for my consolation. it's about 40 now (because it's set to 40 percent humidity), it doesn't make the area hot. Works quietly because there is a compressor. I would recommend this brand if…
