I'm writing this review because after reading other reviews I decided to buy it. And I was so blown away by this wonderful little coffee pot. The best thing that makes me love it so much is that it keeps the coffee hot for as long as you need it. Even my love didn't do it! I love its size - perfect for a single person or a couple. Easy-care. Don't let the high price fool you. I highly recommend it!

This little coffee maker is perfect for my desk and brews just the right amount of juice for my day at the office. The coffee is not as hot as my previous coffee maker so the flavor is retained. However, my only complaint is that I didn't realize that this is a left-handed model. Being right-handed all my life, it proves difficult to spill water on my left side or use my non-dominant left hand, and I often spill a little water.

This product is very easy to install and use. I have bought this item twice I believe and after six months the coffee maker fails. It looks clogged and makes a strange gurgling noise. I love strong coffee, so I clean it thoroughly after each use. I can't understand why both manufacturers fail after six months. I really loved the coffee maker when it worked. This would make a full pot very quickly and it was always hot and tasty. Decided not to buy again. I do not recommend this manufacturer.

I have had this type of coffee machine from Mr. Coffee, Sears, Revain and Black & Decker. This Black & Decker 5-cup model is the most thoughtfully designed coffee maker I've ever bought. For unknown reasons, the water meter and switch fell off. There are no real problems. This coffee maker aims to allow you to pull out the pot before the brewing process is complete to get a cup of coffee. Only works for the first few brews. After this purchase I will read the product information more carefully rather than relying on a well known brand. I forgot that there is no automatic shutdown. Is always! I assumed this security feature was included in the price, but it isn't. It is included in cheaper competitor devices without a timer.
