Charger not included

It's amazing that you can sell a product without that rare, hard to find charger that isn't universal. I got this vacuum cleaner 2 years ago for Christmas and never used it as I thought I lost the charger. Unbelievable.

CHARGER IS NOT INCLUDED AND YOU CANNOT USE WHAT YOU ALREADY HAVE

This is a great handheld vacuum BUT it has a very unique charging connector and Black & Decker do not feel it necessary to include a charger OR Inform consumers of this fact when they make a purchase. I would recommend this product but for that. Even if the kit doesn't include a charger, if they just made it a universal or semi-universal connector, then they're forced to buy a charger separately

Mine also came with a charger

Read two posts claiming there is no charger. If I hadn't found the charger I would have sent it back immediately. However, like the other poster, I bought mine at BB&B at a bargain price with a voucher. I would say it's a bit lame that the charger doesn't work with the mount. In other words, most cordless vacuums will charge when you place the vacuum on the stand. This is not the case - the charger is on the front of the vacuum, so the stand is useless except for storage, which you can see in…
