I have now installed 3 sets of these lights. The quality of the lamps and accessories is excellent. Installation takes 2-3 hours depending on how much effort you want to put into hiding the cables. Also pay attention to where you placed the motion sensor; I recommend moving backwards so you only wave your hand under it if you're doing it on purpose to turn on the light. Works very well. Beautiful and subtle. The only wish was that the plugs on the wires should be made smaller. You want a 1/2 inch hole that is fairly large and difficult to drill on the edge of a particle board. Even if it were a real tree, that would be a problem. A 1/4" diameter end would be much better. They're pretty easy to put down. There are more than enough cords and wire hangers to hide your work from others. Position the bulbs roughly where you want them, determine the length of wiring you will be using, then remove the glue and insert the bulbs. If you make a mistake, no problem, there are plenty of extra strings, sticky pads and hangers! Son's new farmhouse had just one strip of halogen light throughout the kitchen! We bought two of the five packs to fit a lamp under each of the 6 wall cabinets and 2 lamps under the corner cabinet. Knowing how to use it, I drilled some 3/8" holes in the corners of several shelves to route vertical cords hidden in the cabinets to use the duplex outlet above the microwave.
