I have this food processor on sale for $20-$20 max. Before that I used a cuisinart mini chopper and had to make several batches. I've used it to shred cabbage for sauerkraut, chop cucumbers and zucchini for pickles, and a few other odd jobs I think. I don't understand negative reviews unless they received a defective product. Blunt grinder. Sounds like a damn CARGO TRAIN without a silencer! Seriously, this thing makes twice the noise of my lawnmower and is probably putting out dangerous levels of noise that would require earplugs if I had a way to measure dB levels. This is an interesting device, handy but with a few downsides. So here is the thin .Pros1. It is small and easily fits on a counter or in a closet.
