The perfect rock bag for luggage and travel gear

The perfect rock bag. Fits my 60m rope, fairly large frame, helmet, shoes, chalk, snacks, lunch and other things I like to take with me when I start climbing. I wasn't too sure about the weight and suspension system at first, but it worked great for the 4 mile approach I do almost every weekend at Echo Cliffs in California. I even put my 2L hydration pack in the back pocket. This thing is RELIABLE

Pros
  • Backpacks
Cons
  • Lots of stuff

Goes with everything, comfortable.

I love this backpack! I've read some of the other reviews and it seems people are having trouble attaching the gear. I think the reviews may include some of the smaller sizes of this backpack. I have 50 and it easily fits everything I need. Set of three cameras, 20 jugs, trailer, 2 pairs of shoes, rope and rope bag, a few bottles of water and an extra seat. The strap is comfortable and easily adjustable. I like the separation of subjects. So far no complaints and lots of compliments.

Pros
  • Casual backpacks
Cons
  • Some bugs

but still looking for the perfect climbing bag with quality straps

Ok but still looking for the perfect climbing bag with quality straps. only used a few times so far. But it doesn't seem to be as big as I'd like it to be. A 60m rope, 12 puffs, various lines, a fleece top, shoes, water bottles, a bag of chalk and a helmet pretty much fills it out. Also, it won't really stand up on its own unless it's loaded and zipped up. The waist belt padding should cover the hips an additional 2 inches on each side. By the time I get my rack in, the helmet and water bottles

Pros
  • Clothing, shoes and jewelry
Cons
  • Hard to say
