My system was almost in repairs so slow dishwashing filled it up. That stuff and some lye cleaner made it work almost like new. We can shower and flush the toilet, wash the dishes and the water still flows properly. This is the goalkeeper.

We have kids and we clean the house with chemicals so I feel better adding that. Last year we used more antibacterial soap than usual so I'm concerned about the right amount of bacteria. Better to be safe than sorry later.

I have used the full bottle of doses listed for my home septic tank and see no change in the problems we were having. I think I'll go back to using the Instant Power Septic Shock which seems to dry out my field better. We've had a lot of rain this year, more than usual, so maybe this product is for some easy maintenance.

As a first time septic tank owner, I wanted to make sure my septic tank wouldn't become clogged. This product is good, but after purchase I was told that it is not needed for septic tanks. A healthy septic tank takes care of itself by using bacteria from human waste without any additives. Spend your money on good food instead. it will come out the other end and do the same as this product. 💩

We really liked this product. We recently bought a 50 year old wooden boat with a septic tank. Every time we flushed the water, the smell of black water came out of the vent line. I bought a liter of Get Serious and, following the directions, added most of the bottle to the system to get rid of years of dirt. After about 2 weeks we bled the system and the smell was gone! Excellent stuff.

The nicest thing about this liquid (aside from being quite runny and fluid) is the product's pleasant smell. Most septic tank cleaners and destruction enhancers smell like excrement themselves, which may be pleasant for some, but I prefer the bathroom to smell fresh. I don't know how effective this liquid is for monthly use (1 cup per month) - this has yet to be decided. I would like, maybe in the future, to have a gallon sized container of this liquid.

Our sludge came to the surface and smelled really bad. We thought we would have to replace the lines. I wanted to try this stuff. I shocked the system with a gallon every month for 2 months. I was really surprised when I opened the lid at how good it smelled lol.
