I bought this product and I am not at all satisfied with the mop. The wiper is bent, twisted and deformed so that when attempting to clean the window it leaves streaks anywhere on the window where gaps or curves in the wiper blade do not contact the window. I will never buy these pugs again!

I love mops. Washing windows is much better than paper towels. Unfortunately I don't like these pugs. The sponge does not hold liquid. They don't let you clean the window at all; Sponge can be dry. The blade is so stiff that it doesn't push the liquid out. Instead, they leave scratches on the windows. I've tried soaking them in hot water before using them to soften the edge; It does not help. The product received does not match the image. The squeegee is terrible if you like more than 10 lines in each stroke is what you need. The sponge and mesh almost completely shrink with each use (in other words, the sponge doesn't really do anything - it's just cheap foam). Put simply, it's a product that resembles what you're looking for, not the actual product you want to own. Maybe it could be used as a movie prop?
