Appears in colors after drying

Purchased for a quest. It glows well in the dark, but once dry it shows up well on wood and metal surfaces. The point was that he was invisible except in blacklight.

Great shine good for paint

I mixed this with fabric paints and it came out great. The color of the varnish has not changed and the shine has become good! Be careful when leaning on color because it will go everywhere without you even noticing. I shone ultraviolet light on my project and saw glowing handprints everywhere. As long as you're careful, this works fine!

  • Fingers crossed

  • Very expensive

Not what we expected.

We are having some problems with this product. It had to be applied VERY hard to make it work properly, which we didn't realize when we first applied it to some Halloween decorations and then hung them outside where our black light was. So the effect didn't work very well with the middle layer. It must be applied strongly. We were also frustrated/disappointed that it was advertised as matte but ended up being glossy (see marker photos). We only realized this once the paint had dried, we managed

Works as expected.: Dyeing

The product is available in liquid/paste form and can be used for direct dyeing or mixing with dyes. ? I just received this bottle and checked its contents directly on a small piece of metal. In dry form it is barely noticeable under normal lighting, almost transparent. Under UV light, UV tube or normal UV lamp, which I also got from Amazon, the painted part glows beautifully. I will order a few more bottles and paint the whole living room wall with them! Note: some of the paint spilled onto a…

Beautifully glowing. Blooms in the sun.

On painted plywood - loses power when exposed to the sun most of the day. A week later he disappeared completely. The texture is like white elm glue and when it dries it looks like elm glue. Two layers isn't bad - not invisible, but not too noticeable either. It actually takes at least two to shine. The more the better, but each layer is more visible in the light. .like Elmer's glue. I'm not sure if it's matte. More like satin. It's really cool in black light! * Proven Elmers glue. This is not…

Perfect for mixing colors

Works great with the powders I use to mix/make wall paints in my room. I used UV powder for some of these, but ended up with quite a few regular colors. Some of these can be mixed with regular UV paint and some with UV powder but these are great and work much better when they can be mixed. UV medium that I can mix with normal colors. and of course being able to mix regular and uv powder and then use a uv medium is great because the uv comes through rather than ending up with a nice color but…

Terrible. Revain returned the money the same day.

I have been drawing for many years. Even under black light, this Uvfx Black Light Medium doesn't respond any better than regular white paint in my opinion - the whole bottle barely glows, much less when applied. I know it says "matte finish becomes stretchy and translucent" (spelling mistake, not mine), but it actually darkens colors on application - if it dries translucent and works as described, the primary colors should shine - that's how it is. no It has a sticky feel, similar to PVA, which

Pros
  • Matte finish, elastic and translucent when dry
