Most step ladders in this range do not go high enough. This one is excellent! Sturdy but not too heavy. Wide full steps, easy to grip integrated handle, easy to fold, easy to use. I measured the little slot in my closet, and I was looking for the highest ladder in that measurement. All the others did not go as high. With this I can change the bulbs myself. I highly recommend this ladder.

I have about 20 ladders in my shop. All either too short, too heavy, too rickety to let me work at an 8 to 10 foot height. I just put up pegboard for tools that I don't use all the time but want to be able to see them when I need them.This looked perfect.I read the reviews so I knew there were some issues.
