Dysfunctional converter, would not recommend

As a result of my tests, I determined that this converter did not perform as expected. The image quality was poor and inconsistent, and the device frequently malfunctioned.

He does what he says.

Converts HD-SDI video to HDMI as expected. Used to convert 1080P 60 HD-SDI video from two PTZ cameras to HDMI for feeding into the Blackmagic ATEM Mini Extreme switcher. Works perfectly. No power adapter was supplied, but I just used a small USB hub to power two of these and one that passes HDMI at 1080P 60 to HD-SDI.

There is no power supply. It cannot be used until you get a specific power supply.

I received this item and this is the first time I have ordered an electronic product that did not have a power adapter. It's sad that they sell something like this without a main power supply. You need a USB-C cable and a USB power adapter. Let the buyer be alert! This thing is incomplete and non-functional, and you would think that a company that cares about the integrity of their product would be a little picky about the power supply they use to power it, but that doesn't seem to be the case.
