Let me get the drawbacks out of the way first. You would think that you could change the temp in increments of something. Maybe 5°, maybe 10°. Instead, the air fryer setting goes from 400°-390°--375°-360°-350°. I have found that 390° is a bit too hot for a lot of things, but they could use a bit more than 375°. This is the best cooker ever. The grill is amazing.Using the temp probe the chicken came out juicy and delicious and only took 12 minutes to cook. Taste better than any grill food I've ever had. It tells you when it's done. The air fryer is excellent. Best fish I've ever had. Can't wait to try the roast and broil features. Large enough to cook a whole large chicken. Worth far more than what I paid for it. Clean up was literally minutes.

Our first meal was grilled steaks and seasoned fries. My husband likes his steak well done and I like medium rare. I used the temperature probe in his steak. When the temperature reached 130 I removed my steak. Both were perfectly cooked. I had never cooked frozen fries in my last air fryer because it had a small basket. Plenty of room in this unit. I’m looking forward to being able to do things like garlic bread without heating the regular large oven.

This product is exactly as described. I have cooked beef, pork fish and chicken and they turned out as good or better than using a traditional BarBQ. I have had no smoke from the grill with anything I have cooked. The air fryer seems to work as advertised, although I am not a fan of air frying. I did find that it works well with frozen vegetables and potatoes.

This has made reheating, indoor grilling, baking, air-frying so much easier and healthier since I’m not deep-frying or using a microwave. I’m still learning cooking times so I check periodically to prevent burning my food. But so far most of the cooking time recommendations have been pretty close to accurate. I love how my veggies still have grill marks with a mild smoked flavor without the charcoal smoke, my foods’ flavors are retained on all settings, and the air-fried foods are evenly cooked

I had the original and just upgraded to the XL. World of difference, I use it 90% of the time and sometimes wonder why I still need an oven! Well, maybe for baking cookies or a cake which happens maybe twice a year ;)

My steak was delicious 4 minutes per side for medium well. Had the cool grate marks on it. Lightly brushed avo oil and Montreal steak seasoning. Would buy again.

Wait until I've used this machine, I am still learning how to use it. The first time I used it, I had a lot of smoke and my smoke alarm went crazy. I used the wrong oil spray. Give me a little more time.

We've had this since 2021. It gets used at least 3 times a week. I think we've only had one occasion where it didn't cook correctly and that could have been our fault. The grilling seems spot on especially when using the thermometer. The thing works as advertised. However, it takes a lot longer than my last model to get to HI on the grill setting. That is my only complaint leading to the 4 and not 5 stars.

Purchased for a gift. We loved the smaller one we had and decided the larger size would be even betterfor them. The grate takes a little effort to clean but is worth it. Perfect burgers and steaks in10 minutes.

I bought it to use outside on out covered deck because we have limitations against gas and charcoal on decks. I though it would be useful but once I got it I realized it wouldn't really. If I had the inside space I would have kept it. I think it would be useful as a small grill and air fryer. I've watched YouTube videos and everyone seems to like it. It was sufficiently sturdy and I would recommend as long as you'd use it.
