🧽 BLANCO 221010 Stainless Steel Sink Grid: Superior Kitchen Sink Rack and Protector for DIAMOND Sinks Review

I like this more than I thought. I put the vegetables (potatoes, celery, broccoli) on a grid and spray them instead of using a sieve. Cleaning a baking sheet or the bottom of a large pot is easier because the stand prevents them from sliding across and scratching the bottom of the sink. It can be washed in the dishwasher or simply cleaned by hand. It's more expensive than some of the other brands but I think it's good quality and will last a long time.

We are in the process of completing a kitchen makeover and I bought this to pair with the Blanco Diamond sink, well just because I thought it recommended it to use with the sink. And I'm so glad I did! It keeps the sink looking new and helps me drain water out of glasses and other things. Sure, it probably wasn't meant to be a big screen, but all the meanness goes through. It's easy to keep the grate and sink clean. I can highly recommend both the Blanco Diamond sink and this sink grate.

I had one of these in a Blanco sink we installed 9 years ago; When we bought a Blanco sink for our son's house, we ordered that too. The old one worked great, the new one looks even better. Definitely strong enough that I can mount large pots or cast iron grills on it. And unlike one other reviewer, we never had a chance to call the grate a food trap. If we buy another Blanco sink, we'll definitely get a grate for it.

I read many reviews about this product. Well for me I LOVE it! Putting in a new charcoal sink was great but I always found myself fond of how I used it, I didn't want to scratch it, not that it might happen but I didn't want to risk it. This grid is great. I have no problem moving it around or leaving food stuck in the rubber feet as I have read in other comments. I like it when you can put an item in the sink but not leave it "in" the sink. I ordered a grate for this sink and I am very happy with it. Come in, you'll love it! I wasn't afraid to scratch, but that's an added benefit. The grate fits flat into the floor with your items in the sink. The legs are stepped for the design of the sink. When cleaning food, everything goes through the grate, and the dishes do not stand in the water and food. This is the second Blanco trellis I have, the first was in the previous house. I love how well it fits and how functional it is so I ordered it for my kitchen. The only complaint I have is that it's expensive. If you have a Blanco sink, I highly recommend ordering one. Even if it's expensive, it's worth it. Wasn't sure if it was necessary but now that we have it we can't do without it. It actually sits higher (1.75 inches) than I thought it would at the bottom of the sink. Initially I liked this board and found it very useful, but after less than 6 months this board started splitting between 3 of the 6 pieces of wood that make up this board, now these 3 splits are getting bigger and more . more conspicuous > 1.25 inches long. It's beautiful (still new) and protects your sink (sort of), but that's also a problem. This is definitely a high performance grille, but we found it very difficult to clean and just not worth the effort. We've gone from a huge beautiful sink that's easy to clean to a mess.
