This charcoal toothpaste has a mild, chalky, sweet mint flavor. It didn't noticeably whiten teeth, but the grainy texture left teeth smooth and freshly polished (after a thorough rinse to remove sand from between teeth). I like the taste and the effect afterwards. I suggest buying a black toothbrush or using something you're happy to throw away on a weekly basis. I made the mistake of using a Sonicare toothbrush and had to replace the brush.

Great taste, can be used like regular toothpaste. It whitens your teeth a bit, but I've found that using powdered charcoal and this toothpaste works a lot better. This toothpaste helps keep bleach powder at bay.
