The cable does not remain physically connected to the microphone. Not worth the trouble.

The cable that connects the microphone to the USB port on my laptop does not stay connected to the microphone. Now this is useless as others who had this issue did not get proper support from Blue Yeti - apparently this is a known issue. That's disappointing, because on the few occasions it stayed connected early, the device sounds good. Buy elsewhere.

Basically amazing to me

I bought this to record zoomed audio for podcasts. The sound quality is amazing, and the screen helps a little with the hard "p" and "t" sounds. The only downside I've found is that in order to hear sound through headphones I have to plug them directly into the computer when using Zoom. Even after carefully following the setup instructions, the headphones do not record any sound when connected via the microphone port.

Excellent set with microphone and headphones

I saw a lot of video reviews on YouTube and decided to buy this model. The model is smaller than the original but works the same way. The most popular podcast microphone brand. I use this to teach metaphysics classes and we record them online and do peaceful meditations on Zoom. That works great! Sound quality is excellent and easily retracts when not in use. It works great until it stops working

My daughter got this mic with all her savings. Less than a week later, the USB cable just fell out and it can't even stay connected. I am reporting this rather late because I thought it was just user error and I told her as she was cleaning her room I would take care of it. The connection is terrible. The design of putting it on the floor is terrible. It had to be on the back with an L on the cord, not straight so as not to strain the connection. Even when plugged in, it sits on the cable. Now…
