I made this for my grandson and it is great and very well made. I ordered this as a gift for a child as we didn't know the gender and thought it would be great.

Great game for preschoolers

The game is amazing! We bought this for my preschooler after her teacher shared how much she loved him through school. So far it has provided her with hours of entertainment. Very solid game as the pieces are made of wood! Great gift idea.

Pros
  • HOW TO PLAY: Put all the chickens, wagon wheels and hay barrels on the pole and balance them on the barn roof. Then remove the pieces one by one before they lose their balance and the perch tips over! Add points for each piece you collect and get the highest score to win!
Cons
  • I don't remember

Fun for children

This game is very interesting and quite difficult. If you use it the way it's designed, games can go pretty fast (especially if you're playing with a 5-year-old), but you can lay the red base on its side for a flat surface for stacking chicks, and making it the way it is game can take much longer. Definitely a fun game to play with kids and worth picking up

Pros
  • Competitive and cooperative game for 2-4 players, ages 4+.
Cons
  • Functionality

Made from wood in a world of cheap plastic. I love this high quality game.

My son (3-1/2) really likes this game. He hasn't learned how to balance yet, but once someone does, he'll be giggling with delight as we play. A quality wooden product that my son does not destroy after a week of playing.

Pros
  • Players remove chickens, hay bales and wagon wheels before the roost falls over.
Cons
  • There are new competitors

Grandpa had a lot of fun

This game is super cute and the whole family (ages 3-60) has been playing together longer than most! Grandpa kept raising the stakes and creating precarious balance situations (like a chicken upside down, leaning on a haystack, or rolling on a board) that got the kids belly laughing and trying new configurations of their own. Adults and older kids alike enjoyed laying the board unevenly and trying to guess the correct pivot point before laying it down. The game appears to be something you will…

Pros
  • COLORFUL BALANCING GAME FOR PRESCHOOL KIDS: Children train fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination in this fun game. A great STEM activity for learning balance, counting with basic additions, and strengthening social skills. Easy to understand and play - no reading required
Cons
  • Something different

Great for kids and adults

We got this when my youngest son was just over 3 years old. He thought it was funny from the start. But my eldest son, who was 5 at the time, just liked him. Not only did he enjoy the game, but he also enjoyed driving the kids crazy and watching dad (or me) balance him. Now 6 months later both boys can balance on the board almost all the time, but sometimes you make it very difficult to challenge us (their parents) because of you. However, you've learned that crazy stacking usually results in a
