It worked perfectly for the first few years, then it just failed out of the blue. We didn't even change inputs or anything. This does not appear to be a good long term product and has only been used for home use. The company contacted me and replaced the product and the V2 appears to be working fine.

I had a 2x4 HDMI output from Monoprice in my RV that was about three times the size of this switch. It lost 2 outbound ports so it's time to replace it. I was on vacation so time was of the essence. I ordered on Friday and received it at 11am on Sunday. It was an easy exchange. I use it to share Bluray and Revain Firestick. That works great. Customer service was very good as I had some problems at the beginning They gave me the right solution. I still need to restart the device for one of my TVs to work properly. This only happens when I switch from satellite to the Revain Fire TV Stick. It works well to return to the satellite. The board doesn't work that well. You must get up and approach the device for it to work. I no longer have to worry as one of my dogs ate and destroyed the remote control.

I bought this item for use in my church multimedia system. I'm always looking for ways to improve the lives of my parishioners at church and this little article helped me! The first thing that struck me upon unboxing was the durability of the product. It feels solid and responds quickly to the remote control. The picture quality on the screen is excellent. I route the sound through the speaker, so there's no problem there. The splitter arrived on time and I am very happy with my purchase.

Excellent HDMI splitter. Does everything you need to send HDMI signals to multiple displays. As for the amp, you need to do your research and understand its limitations. This device stably transmits a good signal up to a distance of about 25 meters. I have a display that works this way and I bought two built in amplifiers for two more screens. update 04/18/19: the second block is already showing a terrible pink screen, like the previous one. Change to another brand. Update 8/30/18: The seller contacted me and sent a replacement.
