Change the AUX settings to AUX+

Tricked the radio a bit to allow it to play music from my phone but it wasn't the adaptor, its settings in the radio are self evident. normally connected to the Galaxy S20.

Does not work with Alpine CDA-105

Received today after I pulled on the underside of the dashboard to access the connector, the module connector was different, even close. 4 hours wasted, don't waste your money and time, this is not suitable for alpine CDA-105.

Works but no head unit controls

Basically works. This allows me to play good quality music via Bluetooth through my Alpine CDA-105. I was very disappointed that I couldn't use the main unit's playback controls. You must use Play/Pause/Next on your phone. If that were the case, it would be a clear 5 stars.

Sooo glad I got this! ALPINE CDA 105

Not Bluetooth. You turn on Bluetooth, but also Aux+. I will play through Aux+. Outstanding sound quality. Connection to the main unit via a DIN connector spliced with constant power and ground. The device turns off when the main device stops working. If anyone has any questions, read the head unit installation instructions. Works flawlessly.

Works great as an aux input

Connected blue cable with my CDA-117, Bluetooth connected and Aux+ mode selected. Just like this one. It's essentially the wireless equivalent of connecting to your stereo using the headphone jack as an aux input. Don't expect your main device to power anything. Make sure Aux+ is enabled in the head unit settings. As far as I know it may die in a week but so far connects fine and works great.

Works great - ***MUST ENSURE THE BLUE PLUG IS SUPPLIED***

Guys, I had a problem with this initially because the music wouldn't play. I thought I hooked everything up and read all the reviews. Good news. That works great. ALL PROBLEMS are usually due to the blue connector not being 100% fully inserted. It seems that this is the case, but most likely it is not. One speaker may work, but others may not, etc. All because the connector isn't fully inserted. Make sure you insert it with all pins connected and then it should work perfectly. DO NOT USE A…
