Bought this radio for a portable radio project for my military truck. It is installed in an ammo rack with speakers and an antenna, and has a cigarette lighter socket for power. Works great and can be uninstalled if needed.

This was the second Velex device I've bought in 3 months, the first one was broken and I just thought I had something wrong done so i ordered a second one firstly it stopped working and drained my battery so it had to be replaced too. I went with the best company and everything has been fine ever since. not a fan of Velex

Works for me with 4 Kenwood 6X9 speakers. It has good sound and does a great job with those four speakers. It fits perfectly on the dashboard of a 2020 Kawasaki Teryx. I love it so far! Update, it didn't take long. Just a few weeks and died without warning. We had two of them, the second still works perfectly.

The first one I got sounded great and had a good bluetooth connection. That is, until I tried turning it on a second time. I got a replacement hoping the first one was an accident but it wasn't. same problem as the first one but this time i'm not in the return window anymore. Very disappointing as it otherwise looks like a decent radio.

I ordered this because it seems to and does meet my needs for a radio head for my boat. But. I ordered and paid for a new device. What I got was used. I plugged it in to make sure it worked because as much as I would like to return it and get what I paid for, I don't want to wait. So it works great, but be aware that it may not be new.

Used fairly regularly this season. The only thing I don't like is the bright screen. I wish it was dimmable or had a night mode. It's sitting on my dashboard, so it's a little bit of a glow in my face. Luckily it's low enough that I can get it to work. Bluetooth seems solid. I haven't used it much as my main concern was to simply install a working FM radio and it works well. Maybe upgrade the speakers next time, but so far I like it. What a great little radio! Pretty easy to install once you know what wires to connect. The sound is decent. Can't expect much from such a small device, but I just wanted some music without draining my iPhone's battery while fishing. Super happy with this purchase. Looks great on my bass boat! I can't wait to take the boat!

The first stopped working within a week. Revain allowed me to return and I ordered another. Worked about two weeks until it stopped turning on. They were fitted to a Honda Pioneer and at best the former lasted less than an hour and the latter two hours. Installation is relatively easy. I used two speakers and the sound was adequate. I can't go back because the second deadline has expired. Since I have a hole in my dash I will order a same size Boss unit and try it out.
