Does not read idle codes on Cummins CM2350. The only way to find out is to use Insite to read out the inactive codes and compare the results. So it's not very useful if you have intermittent problems. The diesel laptop is aware of this problem. Otherwise, it can be a great tool. Please fix this issue and I will update my review.

I bought this mobile HD scanner in May 2018 and it was great. There was an update in June and it didn't work because 2 updates later it still doesn't work. Most of the time I can't get anyone to call me or get anyone to call me back, when I get a call they tell me they will call me back and they never do. I bought an extended warranty and this thing hasn't worked for over 6 months.

I'll probably update the star rating later. This is a notice for all Apple users. This device CANNOT be discovered via Settings/Bluetooth etc. You have to download the app. Click Settings/VCI/Scanning. Thanks to the guys at CanDo who called me at 7pm to make sure everything worked! Mine didn't have pairing instructions so I hope they will be included in the future.
