Missing parts for home audio

Great marketing for this product but the product is not great quality. After I took it out of the box and installed it, there was no strap so it doesn't work. Disappointing.

Highly recommended!

I love this turntable - I restored the old turntable body and added new speakers. The sound is amazing and the quality of the turntable is much better than the "vintage" ones currently on the market. Highly recommended!

Worth Every Penny - Turntable

This is a high quality turntable. We connected it to a JBL Bluetooth speaker and the sound quality was amazing. It was also pretty easy to assemble. The owner's manual says it all except how to attach the belt to the belt motor, which is pretty easy to understand. It costs over $200, a basic $400 turntable.

Look closely at the belt! Then you decided on a good product.

After an hour or two of disappointment when I was sure the belt wasn't in the box, I finally found it. Two other people noticed the same problem. I'm taking off a star because the instructions didn't say where the belt was. The other two are alone today - bad instructions. However, the turntable is fully adjustable and appears to be a good product.

Sounds good; Confusing setup at first

At first I thought the belt was missing. several reviewers made the same comment. However, after playing around with the product, I found that the strap attached to the underside of the platter and only needed to be tightened to get it around the spindle. However, there are NO setup instructions in the instructions. Once we have it set up and running, it works flawlessly. The sound seems good but it's hard to tell as we tested it with a small inexpensive BT speaker. We'll update soon and see…

The needle broke after a few months of use and can't find a replacement.

Update #2: I removed the needle from the turntable, disconnected it from the black clip and was able to match the needle online. I found this replacement that looks like a matchstick.
