easier to use good for printers and supplies

Overall printer works well, easy to set up, comes with instructions and prints 4x6 labels well. I love its Bluetooth feature and it's a lot easier to use.

Very difficult to access wireless capabilities

I bought this for my small business because of the wireless capabilities, the printer itself worked great with an item I was able to print successfully. I am returning this item as you went through an incredible number of steps to be able to print from an iPhone and it doesn't support wireless on a MacBook. You must download a separate app (with a 1 star rating) to print from your phone. I was also unable to download the software to print from a computer. Not for me
