Used these to fix the infamous oil filter housing gasket leak on my 2007 328xi. Screws are true to size and were delivered quickly.

In fact, I see many negative comments about the screws on my 2009 Bmw 328i, they worked perfectly, I recommend installing the original gasket so that they are not diluted in the future Mount problems and screws by hand.

Torn screw closest to the fan. I have the correct socket, but it's just a hard screw that's difficult to loosen. I decided to just buy the whole set instead of one of the three. This is a direct replacement for BMW parts. I absolutely despise the female torx screws BMW uses.

These are not Original BMW Parts. The original parts are aluminum straps, these are steel. The quality of the screws themselves is pretty good, but I can't give 5 stars when the description says it isn't. If you're ok with steel then they're great, but if you want to follow BMW's recommendations (aluminum) these parts aren't for you.

False claim that these are BMW parts. I should have known when they had china on the box. More importantly, my bolts were steel. This, when combined with an aluminum block, can be a disaster for your engine as the metals expand and contract differently. BUYER BEWARE. garbage and lies. LAST TIME I CHECKED THAT THE MAGNETS DON'T ATTRACT ALUMINUM. They even painted the screws to look like aluminum. I would also not trust their seals made of suitable material (also from China).

These aluminum disposable replacement bolts are perfect for the 2008 BMW X3 (E83) oil filter housing. As you may or may not know, many BMW bolts are one-way bolts, they are made of aluminum and can not be reused after tightening to recommended torque as they will be SHUT DOWN! Words of wisdom: do not check them when replacing the two gaskets in this case. you won't make it Buy new screws, easy. Learn from the mistakes of others. Great if you do it yourself!

Not the biggest bolts. I ended up reusing my existing ones with screw heads that were slightly tampered with by the previous mechanic or owner. These screws have a very coarse thread and will no longer go into the engine block after just a few turns. To avoid damaging the aluminum threads, I stopped using this product.
