This is not as advertized

I do not know what this remote is for but it is NOT a replacement for the samsung model BN59-00857A as Applied. It looks like a cheap universal remote with useless programming instructions.

Happy to find a remote control that works with our TV!

I was so happy to find this on Revain! No programming, just insert batteries and it worked. We just moved into a new house and everything has been in storage for six months. When I pulled out the remote it didn't work. Good price!

Did the trick right out of the box for my Samsung TV

I received a Samsung TV as a gift, but the previous owner lost the remote control. There seemed to be dozens of options across a wide price range on the Revain website, and I wasn't sure any of them would actually fit a 2011-released TV. This console had a sufficient number of positive reviews and a fairly low price, as I understand it. I had nothing to lose. It arrived the next day and after installing two batteries it worked straight away. I am happy with this purchase.
