The remote control was replaced with a damaged one. It's a great remote for selecting and controlling streaming channels from your Samsung TV, although it doesn't have voice controls to select specific selections or adjust program audio.

I ordered 3 of these 6 months ago and 3 more last week. They fit my 19″, 43″ Smart 4K and 65″ 4K. All the buttons worked as intended and the only difference from the remotes these TVs came with was the Samsung logo. For the price I'll probably order 3 more if my kids lose the next 3 I ordered.

Three stars. The battery cover was torn off in the pocket. The product is without protection during transportation, just a plastic bag. Installed two new AAA batteries, do not work, no power. One of the batteries (+ side) didn't go deep enough to make contact and I had to scrape a small piece of plastic underneath the neat + side of the battery to get it working. I like this remote control because it is small and compact. The keys are a bit stiff, but that's a good price.

It broke just like the original that came with my Samsung TV. No matter what you press, it will continue to select the right arrow, and sometimes you just have to point it at the TV without pressing anything you see, it simulates pressing the right arrow as if there is a short circuit. I just came to the conclusion that these Samsung remotes are bad design and bug. I'll spend a few bucks on a high-end universal remote.

We had problems with our 2 year old Samsung TV; We got code '7' when trying to change channels or sources, or it didn't respond at all. Also, a red light flickered in the bottom right corner of the TV. We eventually determined that the problem was with the remote, not the TV, and the new batteries didn't help.
